About Jennifer
With many years of experience as a graphic designer, Jennifer was used to working with color, line and shape for two-dimensional, flat pieces of paper—mostly with the help of a computer. She wanted to get back to the tactile qualities of working with her hands. Now she cuts, saws, hammers, grinds, drills, and uses fire to manipulate glass and metal—all in three dimensions. What an exciting endeavor!
For Jennifer, making jewelry is as much a form of communication as graphic design. She hopes to connect with the wearer and those around them—to evoke a particular feeling or suggest an image of an animal or natural object. She is thrilled when a customer becomes as excited about one of her creations as she is. It means she has succeeded in making a small piece of art that makes an impression on others.
Each piece of Wear Ever jewelry is thoughtfully conceived and carefully executed with lasting materials—high karat gold, silver, enamel, and quality gemstones. Her work uses a variety of techniques, including cloisonné and basse taille enameling, granulation, filigree, and chain making.
The distinct designs of Wear Ever Custom Jewelry are a visible sign of the wearer’s individuality. Beautiful adornments that are unique and lasting are a reflection of the wearer’s inner self—a dedication to originality and quality craftsmanship.
