Make sure you have the software required to view and print the Application.
Our applications are distributed in Adobe's portable document format (or “PDF”). This format will print accurately on most any computer platform; however, it requires special software installed on your system. Without Adobe's free Reader installed correctly, you’ll find our application files completely unusable. Most new computers include Adobe Reader. If you’re using a Mac with OS X, you may also view and print PDF’s with Apple’s built-in preview application. You may download Adobe’s Reader free at adobe.com. Click on the “Get Adobe Reader” link and follow the installation instructions. |

Check that your computer supports Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.
Although most systems should support Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat, occasionally we here reports from our web visitors that they are unable to install or run the software on their systems. You’ll find some support and installation help on Adobe’s website. Remember, if it turns out that your computer is unable to open PDF’s, you may always request that a printed application be mailed to you through our website or by calling us at 800-210-9900. |

If the file doesn’t open automatically after download, look for the file on your hard drive.
On most computers with Adobe Reader installed, PDF’s will either open right in your browser or automatically open in Adobe Reader. If your system is not configured to display downloaded PDF’s automatically, you should be able to open the file manually. You’ll just need to locate the file on your hard drive. Often, newly downloaded files are saved to your desktop, but your system may be configured to handle files differently. Each Application on our website has a file name that begins with “scf_app_contract”. Try looking for or searching for files named in that way. If you’re unable to locate the PDF, you may always request that a printed Application be mailed to you through our website or by calling us at 800-210-9900. |
